Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at The Fairmont San Francisco with special course rates of $319 per night. Reservations may be made online or by calling the hotel at 800-441-1414 (toll-free). Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Ablation Program when making your reservation.

In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of Monday, Sept. 8, 2014, whichever comes first. Following this date, reservations are taken following this date based on space and rate availability.
