This course will provide multidisciplinary comprehensive update and management strategies of issues in hematologic and oncologic malignancies presenting new disease classification, treatment, and challenging cases. Topics focus on key hematologic diseases (dysproteinemias, acute and chronic leukemias, lymphomas), key solid tumors (breast, GI, GU), and overlap topics of supportive, ancillary and diagnostic care. AMA, Nursing and Pharmacy CE credits are offered at this course.

  • Provide an overview of molecular targeting of therapy for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
  • Review current management strategies for various situations in breast cancer based on interactive case discussions.
  • Identify risks and benefits of new oral anticoagulants.
