The 2021 Mayo Clinic Holistic Health and Well-Being Conference will be a unique experience that includes evidence-based overviews of a variety of holistic approaches for mind, body, and spirit well-being. Health promotion and disease prevention are important factors for transforming healthcare. The purpose of this conference is to provide participants with a variety of strategies for self-care which can be incorporated in their practice and inspire whole person care. The latest research on planetary health, sustainable living, anxiety, depression, resilience, mindfulness, stress management, nutrition, and health behavior change will be presented by expert clinicians and researchers.
**This conference is approved to offer NBHWC (#100103) and Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training continuing education credits.
Registration closes on July 21, 2021.
All sessions will be recorded and available for registered attendees to view through Oct. 23, 2021.

Target Audience
This livestream CNE course is designed for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify the role of body, mind, and spirit in health and well-being.
- Discuss current evidence for approaches to holistic health and well-being.
- Explore self-care practices and methods to incorporate them in a healthcare practice.
- Experience holistic health and well-being practices from a variety of traditions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cne@mayo.edu.
If the cancellation is made prior to the start of the activity, a refund less an administration fee of $25 will be issued. If the cancellation is made after the start of the activity, no refund will be issued. All refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
