Target Audience

This course is designed for physicians, optometrists, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, resident fellows and allied health professionals interested in learning more about the latest in retina care.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe current guidelines for diagnosis and management of the most common eye conditions seen by general ophthalmologists.
  • Describe current guidelines for diagnosis and management of critical vision and life-threatening eye conditions, which may be initially seen by general ophthalmologists.
  • Identify emerging trends and new therapeutics that apply to general ophthalmology practice.
