MCHS Epic Reboot Part IV Project 2020

Thank you for your participation in the Epic Reboot course. As mentioned during the course, participants can complete and submit  a Quality Improvement project. This project can then be submitted for review for possible MOC Part IV credit if it is found to meet the requirements communicated at the course. Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development is approved to award MOC Part IV and CME credit for quality improvement projects prioritized and coordinated at Mayo and will be reviewing all projects accordingly.


The included File MOC Part IV instructions and  File QI Project requirement overview will help you prepare the QI project.

Once you are ready, follow the steps below to fill out the online application.

To submit a project:

  • Click register
  • Enter the access code provided from the live course page
  • Click start 
  • Read/listen to the Epic Reboot MOC Part IV instructions and review the QI Project Requirement Overview
  • Complete the application
  • Complete the attestation and reflection
  • Submit

Submitted projects will then be reviewed for credit. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted.
