QA: Silver Quality Essentials 2021 - December 8 - LIVESTREAM

Silver Quality Essentials is a comprehensive program on the identification of quality gaps and the application of quality improvement tools and methods to solve quality deficiencies. Attendees in this course understand the importance of quality improvement in health care and make it a part of what they do every day. They know how to measure quality in order to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and obtain the skills and knowledge to become problem solvers.

Target Audience

Physicians, Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Residents/Fellows, Students, Pharmacists, Scientists, Healthcare Executives, and any other health care staff member including but not limited to secretaries, administrative assistants, desk attendant, finance, food service, maintenance workers, educators.

Learning Objectives

Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Articulate the case for patient-centered quality improvement in healthcare and why it is important to all of us
  • Identify, measure, and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Select and apply appropriate quality improvement methods and tools
