With this inertia, legalization for medical and recreational uses occurred at a state level, but continues to be federally illegal leading to ongoing confusion amongst patients and providers. Furthermore, there is a spectrum of cannabis products and many therapeutic claims, but most healthcare providers are uninformed on the complexities of cannabis. | Enduring |
