The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology has reviewed Neuro and Intensive Care: Review, Workshops and Controversies and has approved this as part of a  Maintenance of Certification Self-Assessment (SA) Program, which is mandated by the ABMS as a necessary component of Maintenance of Certification. This activity awards up to 18.75 Category I CME as Self-Assessment credits.

Rooms are reserved for attendees and their guests at the group rate starting at $229 per night plus applicable taxes. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block sells out or before the expiration date of April 15, 2020, whichever comes first. The resort has extended the group rate three days prior and three days after the course based on group room availability.

Resort guestrooms will be subject to a daily resort fee discounted to $25.00 per room per night (currently $35 per room per night) in effect at the time of check in. This fee includes: complimentary general bandwidth in meeting space, enhanced in-room wireless internet for up to six devices, unlimited local and domestic long distance calls, daily bike rental through Grande Lakes Sports, transportation to SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Disney theme parks, driving range privileges, and daily recreational activities.

All travel and lodging expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received.
