We will hear inspiring advice and stories from talented female leaders in our organization to encourage our meaningful advancement in our careers. This conference will enable you to identify and start working on action steps needed to advance your professional development.

This course is designed for physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, nursing leaders (directors, manager and supervisors), administrative leaders and eMERGing leaders.
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Describe strategies and tools for leading more effectively.
- Identify the value of academic progression in their career and formulate a plan for next steps in the progression.
- Assess barriers to and approaches for focusing on meaning in your career/practice.

When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received.
