6th Annual Gastroenterology & Hepatology Update with Interactive Live Endoscopy Session 2020

September 11 - 12, 2020 - Mayo Clinic - Phoenix, Arizona

This course will provide the latest, state-of-the-art information on the diagnosis and management of common disorders such as colon cancer and polyps; GI motility disorder, food allergy, management of new anticoagulants, Artificial Intelligence in GI endoscopy, endoscopy for obesity, new interventional endoscopy; management of fatty liver, advanced cirrhosis and other liver syndromes. Course format will offer didactic lectures, an interactive live-endoscopy session, panel discussions and Q & A. Active audience participation is strongly encouraged (keypads will be used).

Friday will offer an interactive live-endoscopy session where participants will have the unique opportunity to ask the endoscopists questions while the procedures are taking place. The "live" endoscopy surgery will be video-conferenced to the Phoenix Mayo Clinic campus conference room. Procedures Include: Colon Polyp Management (smaller and larger); Zenker’s Diverticulotomy; ERCP for Stone or Stricture; EUS for Pancreas Mass; and Interventional EUS.

Saturday will include evidence-based lectures, case presentations, panel discussions, and Q & A  sessions.  Active audience participation is strongly encouraged (keypads will be used).

Target Audience

The intended audience includes gastroenterologists, primary care physicians, nurses and advanced healthcare practitioners.
