Hot Topics in Family Medicine is an annual one day course designed for the family medicine physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner and nurses. This course will provide attendees with current and relevant updates to your daily management of various patient health concerns in primary care. Time is allocated for questions and discussion.

This course is designed for family medicine physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses.
Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Define ways to manage post hospital visits and best practices that apply to decreasing readmissions
- Describe the diagnosis of melanoma: prevention, when to biopsy and when to refer
- Review the current recommendations of the utilization of the increasing amount of genetic information
