Essentials of Clinical and Translational Science (ECaTS)
The Essentials of Clinical and Translational Science (ECaTS) is designed to provide medical professionals with foundational knowledge of research terminology, research methods and processes, clinical epidemiology, and biomedical statistics. Upon completion the learner will have an understanding of Clinical and Translational Science, basic terminology and methodological concepts in epidemiology from a clinical perspective, and basic statistical methods used in a variety of clinical study designs; preparing the learner to critically review the medical literature, such as scholarly publications.
