Mayo Clinic's Transfusion Medicine and Cellular Therapy Symposium offers attendees an update on current thinking in donor and transfusion medicine practice. While facilitating local, regional and national professional networking, this symposium also highlights the latest advances in pathogen reduction technology, novel therapies in cellular therapeutics, and best practice and evidence-based blood component therapy for transfusion recipients, including solid organ and bone marrow transplant recipients.


LIVE (in-person) attendees must comply with all live course requirements and guidelines and applicable state and local COVID-19 travel restrictions, guidance and resources.

Target Audience

This course is designed for physicians in transfusion medicine, transplant, trauma, emergency medicine, critical care and internal medicine along with surgeons, anesthesiologists, residents, fellows, medical technologists, clinical laboratory scientists, nurses, PAs and NPs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
