Please join the Mayo Clinic Department of Ophthalmology Retina faculty for a morning of updates and discussion on the latest in retina care, including topics of macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, retinal detachment, macular hole, inherited retinal diseases, and ocular oncology.”
This course is designed for physicians, optometrists, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, resident fellows and allied health professionals interested in learning more about the latest in retina care.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe current guidelines for diagnosis and management of the most common eye conditions seen by general ophthalmologists.
- Describe current guidelines for diagnosis and management of critical vision and life-threatening eye conditions, which may be initially seen by general ophthalmologists.
- Identify emerging trends and new therapeutics that apply to general ophthalmology practice.
