Learning Objectives

Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Incorporate medical information from reviews of common and rarely encountered clinical scenarios into the daily practice of pediatric and adolescent medicine.
  • Describe newly developed therapies for the management of rare pediatric diseases, pediatric cancer and lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender medical and psychological needs.
  • Implement effective clinical strategies for diagnosing and managing a wide array of challenging problems in clinical practice.
