This course is free of charge and by invitation only. You will receive an Access Code in order to register.
This half-day course is designed to provide the skills and materials needed for healthcare workers to present a Mantoux Tuberculin Skin Test (TST). Attendees will be taught how to administer, read and interpret tuberculin skin tests.
Jointly provided by Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development and Mayo Continuing Nursing Education.
Continuing Education Credit
Mayo Continuing Nursing Education is accredited with distinction as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Participants can earn up to 3.25 ANCC nursing contact hours commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
This course is planned in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Curry International Tuberculosis Center, Heartland National TB Center, Mayo Clinic Center for Tuberculosis, Rutgers Global Tuberculosis Institute, and Southeastern National Tuberculosis Center.
