Chordoma Community Conferences bring together patients and families to share progress, exchange ideas, and build a network of support for those affected by Chordoma.  The major goals of the conferences are to provide patients and caregivers information to be empowered, self-advocates and to understand their very important role in finding more effective treatments and ultimately a cure.  Medical experts from Mayo Clinic will provide updates about state-of-the-art treatment and care options. Breakout sessions designed for patients and caregivers will be facilitated by Mayo Clinic social workers.
