Mayo Clinic’s multidisciplinary head and neck symposium offers the latest advances in head and neck cancer in the fields of surgical oncology, radiation oncology, and medical oncology. Also, current information about symptom control and survivorship is discussed. This unique symposium offers two days of multidisciplinary sessions and one day of subspecialty paths with highly engaging group discussions. The primary goal of this course is to guide practitioners and allied health staff on the best evidence-based care for patients with head and neck cancers.

Target Audience

This course is intended for otolaryngologists, head and neck surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, laboratory scientists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, oncology pharmacists, oncology nurses, speech and language pathologists, physical therapists, dietitians, dentists, clinical research personnel, and other allied health staff involved in the care of head and neck cancer patients. Specialties include medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology/ENT, pathology, radiology, and laboratory research science.
