Leadership Summit is an opportunity for Mayo Clinic Care Network leaders to come together to influence the future of health care by discussing and sharing individuals’ experiences and establishing best practices across the network. The summit is designed to update members on the strategic direction of the care network, discuss how to leverage the power of the network, solicit input on future enhancements and share ideas.
This course is designed for chief executive officers and executive leadership teams (CNO, COO, Strategy, Quality).

Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort

A block of guest rooms have been reserved for attendees at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort with a special group rate of $289 per night, plus tax for Run of House Guest Rooms.
The resort fee has been discounted to $12, is included in the $289 group rate and includes the following services: high speed internet in guest rooms, on property resort transportation and access to the fitness center.
Reservations can be made by calling 800-THE-OMNI and identifying yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Care Network Leadership Summit. Reservations must be made prior to March 30, 2020, to be eligible for the group rate. Reservations may be made after this date based on space and rate availability. Limited rooms are available and early reservations are recommended.
Travel and Ground Transportation
Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort is located approximately 45 minutes (34 miles) from the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). All ground transportation services including rental car agencies, taxi and limousine services are located on the lower level of the terminal building adjacent to baggage claim. Uber and Lyft services are also available.
Parking at the Resort
Self-parking is available for $10.00 per day.
All travel and lodging expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
