You must be registered for and attend the Mayo Clinic 5th Annual Gastroenterology & Hepatology Update in order to take the post-course MOC Question Survey.  Once the course has adjourned, you will be able to take the MOC quiz by going to the Start tab and clicking the Start button. You will have 30 days post-course to submit your survey response. Your submission should result in answering 4 out of the 5 questions correctly.  You will have two attempts to earn the required 80% for credit. The deadline to submit is November 5, 2019.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 5.00  Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
