Guest rooms at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando® have been reserved for attendees and their guests with a special course rate of $189 plus applicable taxes for single/double occupancy. Guests also receive complimentary internet access in guest sleeping rooms. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of September 6, 2017 whichever comes first. The resort has extended the group rate three days prior and three days after the meeting based on availability. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. Rooms are limited so we encourage early booking. Parking at the hotel is provided complimentary for hotel guests.  There is a $12 plus taxes per vehicle/per day for commuting course participants. Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo School of CPD is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
