In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of February 17, 2015, whichever comes first.  Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Heart Failure Program when making your reservation to ensure the group rate. Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Ground Transportation:

The cost for parking is not included in the registration fee.
