Mayo Clinic Pathology Update 2016: A Tribute to the Career of Thomas V. Colby, MD - MOC
As part of recertification requirements, physicians must now participate in Maintenance of Certification Program (MOC) activities to facilitate lifelong learning and competency throughout one’s career. The goal is for physicians to reflect on their personal knowledge and performance and commit to a process of improvement and reevaluation of performance measures over a specified time frame that ultimately leads to improved care for their patients.
