Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) in Jacksonville, Florida is the recommended airport for arrival. The hotel is approximately 35 miles (40 minutes) from the airport.

Lodging Accommodations

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at a special course rate of $174 per night, single or double occupancy, at Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. To receive the course rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or by Saturday, March 28, whichever comes first.

Following this date, reservations are taken based on space and rate availability. Reservations may be made online or by calling 800-457-4653 (toll-free) and asking for the Adult Cardiology Heart Disease seminar discount.

A welcome reception welcomes participants to Ponte Vedra Beach, officially opens the course, and offers the perfect opportunity to make connections with existing and new colleagues. The reception is held on Fri., April 24 from 6 to 7 p.m.
