As part of the Mayo Clinic Updates in CAR-T Cell Therapy 2022 Conference, all trainees involved in cell therapy research (clinical hematology and oncology fellows, residents, students, or post-doctorate fellows) are invited to submit an abstract for presentation of original research dedicated to the field of CAR-T Cell Therapy. Projects can be clinical or laboratory based. Abstracts should be 300 words or less and may include one figure or table. Accepted abstracts are presented verbally with on-screen, electronic PowerPoint slides.
Abstract Eligibility: Original abstracts that either have or have not been presented at other meetings will be considered. Previously published abstracts should be sufficiently modified.
Specific topics of interest:
- Outcome research
- Correlative translational research/biomarkers of response
- Laboratory/preclinical research for novel developments and to address resistance and toxicity of CAR-T cell therapy
Submission Criteria
- Create a profile if you have not done so already, then log into your account
- Complete and submit abstract form no later than July15th, 2022
- Abstracts are limited to 300 words

Notification of Results: All primary authors will be notified by August 1st, 2022 if their submission has been selected for presentation. Details regarding presentation will follow.
Presentation of Abstracts: Abstracts chosen for presentation will be uploaded to the conference website and presented during the live & livestream Mayo Clinic Updates in CAR-T Cell Therapy Conference on Thursday, September 29th, 2022.
Scholarship & Registration Requirements: Presenting authors selected for presentation at conference will receive a full scholarship to attend the course. Primary authors who submitted abstracts but not chosen to present will receive a scholarship for reduced registration fee to the course.
Abstracts will be evaluated based on quality of the abstract, relevance to the conference theme, and teaching method.
