| Nursing Grand Rounds: Complexities in Cannabis Care | Cannabis, comprised of a multitude of therapeutic components, including CBD and THC, has been used as medicine for thousands of years; however, due to stereotyping and prohibition, dating back to the early-mid 1900s, the therapeutic uses were overshadowed until patient advocates fought for reintroduction for its medicinal benefit. With this inertia, legalization for medical and recreational uses occurred at a state level, but continues to be federally illegal leading to ongoing confusion amongst patients and providers. Furthermore, there is a spectrum of cannabis products and many therapeutic claims, but most healthcare providers are uninformed on the complexities of cannabis. | Enduring |

| Medical Breast Training Program Online CME Course |
Available until December 31, 2025 - Online CME Course The Medical Breast Training Program will provide clinicians tools and knowledge to evaluate and manage common breast complaints, to perform personalized risk assessment and risk management and to care for breast cancer survivors. The goal is to educate practitioners in the field about guidelines for screening and diagnosis, risk reduction, genetics, and survivorship. Participants, through online, pre-recorded lectures and recorded interactive case discussion sessions, will gain practical knowledge about the workup and management of common breast issues, will confidently identify and manage those at risk and will effectively care for survivors, with topics ranging from bone health to sexuality to integrative medicine. | Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Training: Improving Transportation Safety through Education and Certification Online Course |
Available until November 19, 2026 - Online CME Course This course will review medical conditions encountered while performing CMV examinations, utilizing a case-based interactive approach focused on efficiently addressing complex clinical issues. The training includes the following core competencies: 1)The role of the examiner in enhancing public safety; 2) Diagnostic approaches in assessing medical fitness of the commercial driver; 3) Navigating clinical and administrative issues commonly encountered in driver medical certification; 4) Understanding and effectively managing the complexity of the physical requirements and stresses involved in operating commercial vehicles; 5) Strategies for prevention and health promotion for CMV drivers. Content will focus on the core curriculum required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). | Small Bowel Video Capsule Endoscopy: Training and Competency Assessment - Online Course |
Available until April 1, 2027 - Online CME Course Video capsule endoscopy (VCE) is currently considered the gold standard in the investigation of small bowel disease and is widely available in clinical practice as a noninvasive modality to examine the small bowel. This course provides a structured VCE training curriculum with a validated assessment tool for gastroenterologists and trainees and includes four hours of didactic tutoring, hardware and software instruction, and review of cases with VCE experts. Participants are then expected to complete 25 VCE interpretations. A formalized and validated assessment tool was developed and referred to as the capsule competency test (CapCT). This test evaluates the fundamentals of knowledge for the procedure including indications and contraindications, and the ability to accurately identify, interpret, and document VCE findings. Participants are required to complete the CapCT as part of their training. |
