Dear Residents, Fellows, and Students,

 It is our great pleasure to invite you to submit an abstract or work to be included as an electronic poster session at the  11th Annual Mayo Clinic Rheumatology Review for Primary Care 2025,  May 8-10, 2025, at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, Amelia Island, Florida.  Submissions for presentation of original research dedicated to the fields of Rheumatology and Internal Medicine will be accepted for review by our course directors. Presentations will be made throughout the duration of the course. Submissions may include and are not limited to guidelines, randomized trials, outcome studies, practice innovations, case studies, case reports or descriptive analyses.

Abstract Eligibility: Original abstracts that either have or have not been presented at other meetings will be considered. Abstracts are eligible if they have been published; abstracts based upon full papers that have been published are unfortunately not eligible.

Research Competition: Outstanding abstracts will be selected by our course directors for poster presentations at the course.

Number of Entries: A participant may be the primary author on no more than two abstracts; however, he or she may be a contributing author on any number of abstracts.

Submission Deadline: Abstract submissions will be accepted until Friday, April 4, 2025

Notification of Results: All primary authors will be notified no later than Friday April 25, 2025, if their submission has been selected for the poster session. Details regarding poster set-up will follow. Early submissions may be accepted and notified prior to the above date.

Requirements: If selected to participate, all presenters will be required to pay for the course and present their poster live. Virtual presentations will not be accepted.

Cost: Accepted presenters will be required to pay for the course but will be given a discount code upon approval
