Travel
Traveling to the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix is easy. The campus is located in northeast Phoenix, Arizona at East Mayo Blvd. and 56th Street. Directions are available on Mayo Clinic’s website.  In addition, you may obtain a street map or a campus map to assist in locating parking, as well as finding your way around campus.

The Mayo Clinic is located at East Shea Boulevard and 134th Street in northeast Scottsdale.

Visit Phoenix and Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau offer a variety of recreation and leisure activities in the area.

Transporation

Ground Transportation: Hertz is offering a reduced daily rate for participants attending the course. Registration
Register on this course website. The registration fee includes tuition, meals, refreshment breaks and access to a detailed online syllabus. There is a $75 discount for online registration if you register by February 11, 2015. Note: When registering online, please be sure to "check-out" after your profile is completed or updated.

Although it is not Mayo Clinic’s policy to limit the number of registrants for a course, conference room facilities may necessitate closure of enrollment. Early registration is strongly recommended. Walk-in registrations cannot be guaranteed.

Mayo Clinic will not be responsible for expenses incurred by individuals who are not confirmed for courses with a closed registration status. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline/hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
