The Professionalism & Values Seminar Series focuses on values embraced at Mayo Clinic since the Clinic was founded. Values and Professionalism in the practice are central to the Mayo Model of Care and are reflected in the clinic’s primary value, “The needs of the patient come first.” This presentation will showcase how acts of kindness through social contagion strategies can effect positive inspiring change in a community and bridge connections through complete strangers.

Objectives: 1. Explain the impact of acts of kindness.

                   2. Discuss engagement opportunities

                   3. Find one way to actively engage at Mayo Clinic or the surrounding community.
