- Describe antibiotic coverage for Gram positive, Gram negative, and anaerobic organisms

- Explain clinically significant pearls and drug interactions observed with selected antibiotics

- Choose appropriate antibiotic regimens for common infections

- Apply knowledge of antibiotics to choose appropriate treatment given a patient case
