Poster abstracts

Overview: The first day of the conference will feature a reception poster session the purpose of which is to showcase participants’ work and stimulate dialogue among conference attendees. Posters can feature data-driven original research on any aspect of hematology, oncology or blood and marrow transplant, describe innovative clinical programs or projects related to the assessment and treatment of hematology, oncology or blood and marrow transplant patients, or explicate training methods used to increase clinician effectiveness in evaluating such patients. Every effort will be made to include as many posters as possible, based on available space.

The finished poster size can be no larger than 4’x4’, to fit on the provided display space. All course attendees will be invited to this reception event, and all approved presenters should be available at the poster reception on Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 5:00-6:30.

Abstract Eligibility: In support of inclusiveness, abstracts are not limited to first-time presentations. Abstracts that have been presented at previous meetings are eligible for consideration, as are abstracts from papers that have already been published.

Number of Entries: A participant may be the primary author on no more than two abstracts; however, he or she may be a contributing author on any number of abstracts.
