  • Discuss current evidence about the potential impact of surgical menopause on mental health and cognition
  • Consider this evidence in the light of new data on cognition and mental health from a prospective cohort of premenopausal women undergoing surgical menopause compared to age matched controls
  • Describe the implications of these findings for the care of high-risk women and their healthcare providers considering surgical menopause as risk-reduction for ovarian cancer
