Speaker 1:
Elaine Stageberg, MD, MHA is a fourth year resident in the General Adult Psychiatry Residency Program at Mayo Clinic. Prior to residency, she earned both her Doctor of Medicine and Masters of Health Administration and Policy degrees from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where she also worked for several years on a Commonwealth Fund sponsored project aimed at increasing early childhood intervention screenings in rural Oklahoma counties. She has particular interests in perinatal psychiatry, women’s psychiatry, and physician wellness. After residency, she will join the Olmsted Medical Center in their outpatient practice, with a special emphasis on creating a women’s psychiatry practice.
Speaker 2:
Malik Nassan, MBBS is a PGY4 psychiatry resident with background in genetics research and clinical interest in the intersection between psychiatric, sleep and cognitive disorders.

Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- define burnout, including identifying the components of burnout and understanding epidemiological data.
- recognize gender based differences for men vs. women physicians for burnout, depression, substance use, and suicide.
- describe the use of professional coaching as an evidence0based intervention for increasing physician well-being.

- identify whether we can use artificial neural network models, deep learning in specific, as a framework for psychiatric disorders.
- conclude whether this proposed framework will help in better understanding, diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders.
