  1. Describe the novel collaboration between the Departments of Orthopedic Surgery and Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine in the form of “OASIS”, and its transformative approach to optimizing and innovating the lower extremity total joint arthroplasty service line.
  2. Explore the outcomes and translational opportunities of OASIS for Orthopedic Surgery and other surgical populations with intimate involvement from Anesthesiology.
  3. Discuss the rationale and concept of a perioperative surgical home as an emerging model of value-based care.
