The instruction incorporates demonstrations, microvascular skills practice and detailed handouts. Attendees will work with the course instructor to schedule a week that is both convenient and well-suited to individual skills.

Built on sound theoretical foundations of psychomotor skills development, standards of practice and research, this workshop will prepare participants to plan, design, implement, assess and provide effective feedback for procedural skills using simulation. Enrollment is limited to smaller group to encourage maximum engagement of all participants.
