Cancellation and Refund Policy   

All requests must be submitted in writing using the Contact Us Form.   

Right to Cancel or Postpone   

Mayo Clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that Mayo Clinic must cancel or postpone a course, the registration fee will be fully refunded.  Mayo Clinic is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses, including fees assessed by airline, travel or lodging agencies.   

Live (in-person), Livestream (virtual), and Blended (online with livestream component) Courses   

If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a 25% administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by the Mayo Clinic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Education Committee up to 14 days prior to the course. 

• No refunds will be granted fewer than 14 days before the course start date.   
• No refunds will be granted if credit has been claimed.   

Physical Products/Supplies   

All requests for refunds or service related to Physical Products / Supplies must be submitted in writing using the Contact Us Form.    

Additional Terms and Conditions   

• Mayo Clinic is not responsible for physical product/supply delivery issues caused by weather, shipping suppliers, and/or incorrect registrant provided information. 
• No credit can be claimed on a canceled course.
