 Cardiology APP Fellowship Grand Rounds: Understanding Nuclear Imaging

Learning Objectives 
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Define the basic principles of nuclear imaging, including the use of radiopharmaceuticals and gamma cameras.
  2. Interpret the findings of a cardiac nuclear stress test, including quantitative and qualitative aspects such as perfusion defects, reversibility, and uptake.
