Lodging Accommodations

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates of $230 per night, single or double occupancy, at the Four Seasons Las Vegas.

In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of Oct. 21, 2014, whichever comes first. Following this date, reservations are taken based on space and rate availability.

A $20 resort fee is applied in addition to the room rate. The resort fee includes in-room wired and wireless high-speed Internet for multiple devices; wireless high-speed Internet access in the Four Seasons lobby, pool and Verandah restaurant; full access to the fitness center and wet areas; in-room coffee and tea maker; choice of daily newspaper delivered to your room; unlimited local and toll-free calls; and shoeshine service. Inclusions are subject to change without notice.

All guest rooms are guaranteed for arrival. An advance deposit for the payment of the first night's room and tax is required at the time of reservation. If the reservation is canceled within thirty days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Parking is available at the hotel. The cost for parking is not included in the registration fee.
