A block of deluxe ocean view rooms are reserved for attendees and their guests at the group rate of $269 per night, plus tax. The contact number for reservations is 1-888-444-6664 (toll free). Identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Nephrology Symposium or reserve online. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before Thursday, February 2, 2017, whichever comes first. Early reservations are recommended due to the limited number of rooms available. Check-in time is after 4 p.m. and check-out time is before 11 a.m.. There is a $10 nightly resort fee which includes self-parking, in-room Wi-Fi, on property resort transportation, in room coffee and access to the fitness center.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo School of CPD is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
