Accreditation

Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science designates live activity for a maximum of 15.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

General Session (Friday-Saturday AM):
Mayo Clinic (BOC AP# P476) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education for Athletic Trainers. This program is eligible for a maximum 11 EBP Category hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.

Sports Performance Clinic (Saturday PM - Extra Fees Apply):
Mayo Clinic (BOC AP# P476) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education for Athletic Trainers. This program is eligible for a maximum 4 EBP Category hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.

Physical Therapy Credit

General Session (Friday-Saturday AM):
This course meets the criteria for up to 11.5 hours category I Continuing Education Units per Minnesota Physical Therapy Rules 5601.2400, 5601.2500.

Sports Performance Clinic (Saturday PM - Extra Fees Apply):
This course meets the criteria for up to 4.0 hours category I Continuing Education Units per Minnesota Physical Therapy Rules 5601.2400, 5601.2500.

AAFP Credit 

This Live activity, 26th Annual Mayo Clinic Symposium on Sports Medicine 2016, with a beginning date of 11/11/2016, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to  11.25 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) approved 0.4 CEUs for certified individuals attending this event.*
