Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates of $189 per night, single or double occupancy, at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa.

In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of Monday, Sept. 22, 2014 whichever comes first. After this date, reservations are based on space and rate availability. Reservations may be made online or by calling 877-800-4888 (toll-free) and identifying yourself as a participant of the CHD Conference.

Travel

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) in Phoenix, Ariz., is the recommended airport for arrival. The course headquarters is approximately six miles or 15 minutes from the airport.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
