Dear Residents, Fellows, and Students:

It is our great pleasure to invite you to submit an abstract to be included in a poster session at the 8th Annual Multidisciplinary Spine Care Conference 2024 conference on November 14-16, 2024, held at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island.

Submissions for presentation of original research dedicated to the fields of original research and challenging cases dedicated to Spine-related topics will be held at this meeting. Suggested topics of interest include: case reports, quality improvement initiatives, research, spinal oncology, spinal cord injury, non-operative spine care, socio-economics, complications, etc.  

Abstract Eligibility: Original abstracts that either have or have not been presented at other meetings will be considered. Abstracts are eligible if they have been published; abstracts based upon full papers that have been published are unfortunately not eligible.

Research Competition: Outstanding abstracts will be selected by our course directors for poster presentations at the course.

Number of Entries: A participant may be the primary author on no more than two abstracts; however, he or she may be a contributing author on any number of abstracts.

Submission Deadline: Abstract submissions will be accepted until October 1, 2024

Notification of Results: All primary authors will be notified no later than October 10, 2024 if  their submission has been selected for the poster session. Details regarding poster set-up will follow. Early submissions may be accepted and notified prior to the above date.

Requirements: If selected to participate, all presenters will be required to pay for the course and present their poster live. Virtual presentations will not be accepted.

Cost: Please note that accepted abstracts are required to register for the course to present their poster live.  A registration scholarship will be awarded to all accepted abstracts.
