Dear Residents, Fellows, and Students:
It is our great pleasure to invite you to submit an abstract to be included in a electronic poster session at the Mayo Clinic 15th Annual Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease Review conference September 20-23, 2023 at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, Amelia Island, FL.
As part of the course, a poster session for presentation of original research dedicated to the field of Neurology. These may include challenging stroke cases (i.e., case reports) of those encountered in clinical practice. The conference will also review stroke randomized trials, outcome studies, potential practice innovations, stroke monitoring, and stroke center systems-based practice innovation or improvements.
Abstract Eligibility: Original abstracts that either have or have not been presented at other meetings will be considered for the conference. Abstracts based upon published papers based on stroke will also be considered. Research Competition: Outstanding abstracts will be selected for electronic poster presentations at the 2023 Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease Review course.
Research Competition: Outstanding abstracts will be selected by our course directors for an electronic poster presentations at the course.
Number of Entries: A participant may be the primary author on no more than two abstracts; however, he or she may be a contributing author on any number of abstracts.
Submission Deadline: Abstract submission deadline is Friday August 4, 2023
Notification of Results: All primary authors will be notified no later than Friday, August 11, 2023, if their submission has been selected for the poster session. Details regarding poster set-up will follow. Early submissions may be accepted and notified prior to the above date.
