Dear Residents, Fellows, and Students:

It is our great pleasure to invite you to submit an abstract to be included in a poster session at the Mayo Clinic Hospital Neurology 2026 conference March 26-28, 2026, at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, Half Moon Bay, CA.

As part of the course, we will hold a poster session for presentation of original research dedicated to the field of Hospital Neurology. These may include challenging cases (i.e., case reports) encountered in clinical practice, quality improvement initiatives, and/or original research in the Neurohospitalist field.

Abstract Eligibility: Original abstracts that either have or have not been presented at other meetings will be considered for the conference. Abstracts based upon published papers will also be considered.

Number of Entries: A participant may be the primary author on no more than two abstracts; however, he or she may be a contributing author on any number of abstracts.

Submission Deadline: Abstract submission deadline is Friday, February 20, 2026.

Notification of Results: All primary authors will be notified no later than Friday, February 27, 2026, if their submission has been selected for the poster session. Details regarding poster set-up will follow. Early submissions may be accepted and notified prior to the above date.
