Submissions are due by December 29, 2025.
You will be notified approximately January 12, 2026, if your abstract has been accepted, at which time you will receive additional information regarding your participation at the course & poster session on February 19, 2026.
Submission Criteria:
- Create a profile if you have not done so already, then log into your account
- Complete and submit abstract form before December 29, 2025
- Abstracts are limited to 350 words

Requirements:
- Registration to course is required (Coupon for 50% discount will be provided once selected to present)
- Selected presenters must be prepared to attend in person on the first day of the course, February 19, 2026.
As a selected presenter, you will receive:
- 50% discount on the course registration fee
- Poster will be displayed throughout the conference
- You are responsible for expenses (transportation, hotel, food, etc.)
