Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract for consideration of a poster at the Transplant AI Symposium 2027 in Phoenix, Arizona. Please complete the fields below and click submit at the end of the form. You should receive a confirmation e-mail after you click submit. Submissions are due by Friday, December 11, 2026.
Accepted abstract recipients will be chosen from all abstracts received by Friday, December 11, 2026 submission deadline. Notification of acceptance can occur within 1-2 weeks of submission prior to this deadline and no later than 1 week after this deadline.
Application:
- All fields are required, omitting this information may lead to rejection of your abstract. Abstract presenters are required to attend the full meeting.
- Additional authors cannot be added after the abstract has been submitted.
- Up to 3 tables and/or images permitted
- Submission of an abstract does not automatically register you for the course.
Abstracts can be submitted in the following formats:
We welcome original research, clinical cases, quality improvement projects, and innovative applications of AI in transplantation, including (but not limited to):
- Donor evaluation, organ utilization, and allocation
- Donor–recipient matching and decision-making models
- Predictive analytics, outcomes, and post-transplant monitoring
- Imaging, biomarkers, and diagnostics
- Clinical NLP, LLMs, and decision support tools
- Digital health, patient engagement, and remote monitoring
- Federated learning, synthetic data, and AI infrastructure
- Emerging applications (e.g., digital twins, bioengineering)
Abstract Eligibility:
Original abstracts that either have or have not been presented at other meetings will be considered for the conference. Abstracts based upon published papers will also be considered.
Review Criteria:
Abstracts will be peer-reviewed based on:
- Impact
- Innovation
- Scientific rigor
- Quality of presentation
Number of Entries:
A participant may be the primary author on no more than two (2) abstracts, however, he or she may be a contributing author on any number of abstracts.
Notification of Results:
Submission outcomes will be communicated following peer review (accepted abstracts may be selected for oral or poster presentation). Accepted abstracts presenters will be notified by email. Accepted abstract recipients must still register for the meeting to attend.
