TITLE: Clinical Chemistry Grand Rounds: Stomp Out Burnout (Move Toward Well-Being)

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Distinguish the myths of burnout from evidence-based, systems-level approaches
  • Analyze burnout drivers across organizational, collegial, and individual levels
  • Apply the PAGERS framework to assess and improve well-being
  • Identify personal assumptions that perpetuate burnout and test them through experimentation
  • Use the Quadruple Aim to position well-being as a vital sign alongside quality and cost metrics
