- Analyze burnout drivers across organizational, collegial, and individual levels
- Apply the PAGERS framework to assess and improve well-being
- Identify personal assumptions that perpetuate burnout and test them through experimentation
- Use the Quadruple Aim to position well-being as a vital sign alongside quality and cost metrics
