LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

•        Recognize why foreign aid projects frequently do not yield lasting results and sometimes even cause injury.
•        Identify what changes are necessary for successful delivery of aid in the developing world.
•        Recognize why Emergency Physicians are uniquely suited to practice in the developing world.
