Learning Objectives - after this presentation, participants should be able to: 

1. Describe the role of CSF kappa free light chain testing in the 2024 McDonald criteria and compare its diagnostic performance with oligoclonal bands for the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.
2. Apply real-world evidence to the clinical laboratory implementation and interpretation of CSF kappa free light chain testing, including selection of appropriate testing strategies and cutoffs.
3. Describe how large language models can support chart review in laboratory medicine research, including considerations for validation, human oversight, and reproducibility.
