EEG or EMG ABPN MOC Post Course Self-Assessment 2021 - LIVESTREAM

The ABPN MOC Post Course Self-Assessment offers the opportunity to earn ABPN MOC credits. Two self-assessment exams are available to take to earn up to a total of eight (8) ABPN MOC credits - each exam worth 4 ABPN MOC credits each. Learners must pass the exam with a minimum of 80% correct within 2 attempts.
Target Audience
This course is intended for neurologists, physiatrists and physicians specializing in and practicing clinical neurophysiology.

The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology has reviewed and approved this activity and self-assessment as part of a comprehensive self-assessment program, which is mandated by the ABMS as a necessary component of Maintenance of Certification. This activity awards up to 8 Self-Assessment credits; 4 Self-Assessment Credits for EMG and 4 Self-Assessment Credits for EEG.
Diplomates must achieve a score of 80 percent within two attempts in order to receive credit.

A record of attendance will be provided to all registrants for requesting credits in accordance with state nursing boards, specialty societies, or other professional associations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Live Activities:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
Online/Enduring Material Activities:
Customers may cancel their participation from an online activity if no credit has been claimed and a written request is made within 30 days of purchase. A full refund minus a maximum $75.00 administrative fee will be provided. Administrative fees might be lower on activities that were initially $150 or less. Customer is responsible for inquiring about the administrative fee in advance if they are concerned.
